TLC for the Soul is a 33-card oracle deck designed to inspire and provide comfort, especially during difficult times.

The deck arrived in a sturdy card-board box with magnetic closure. I love these boxes. The deck didn't have any strong scent. The deck is held together with a 3/4” plastic sleeve.

The images are printed on a flexible card-stock with a light lamination and well rounded corners. The cards measure 3 3/4” wide x 5 1/4” tall.

The first thing that struck me are the colors used for the borders and backs of the cards. Lush plum, lilac, beautiful dark teal, light teal, olive, green apple, just to name a few.

This is by far my favorite deck of 2020. Most of the deck images are nature, there are a few cards that have just a touch of human involvement. You will find flowing streams, mountains, beautiful trees, waterfalls, and rainbows. Also featured are horses, dragonflies, and more. The images are created using photography and digital art. The card backs have a key phrase and a paragraph that expands the message.

Helpers

Helpers

A lovely image with a creek in the foreground, a herd of horses in the center, and an autumn mountain scene in the background. The card border and back are a mustard yellow, which lends itself to the feeling of autumn.

The Helpers card reminds us to listen to Spirit for forward momentum. It reminds us to be open to new friends and helpers to find their way into our lives. It tells us that when we are open and receptive to new knowledge, honoring our own truth, then our path will be clear.

Your soul story

Your Soul

Here we have a sky blue border and card back. This is another mountain scene with a delightful lake that features a rock path that leads out to the middle of the lake.

Your soul story tells us we are being tested. It's a time to be patient, open-minded, and flexible. It reminds us that when we pay attention to our feelings and have an empathic approach which will bring harmony.

At home on the inside

AtHome

At home on the inside is set in baby pink. A field of purple flowers lead up to an old farmhouse. The Sun is low in the sky. There is smoke rising out of the chimney of the home.

The message from At home on the inside tells us that when we are experiencing challenging times to settle into ourselves and to let go of those small memories that we get hung up on. It advises us to feel the love that flows through our souls and into our hearts.

The way this deck is done with the key phrase and translations on the back of the deck, there is no need for a “book.” Some may not favor having this information right on the cards. I normally do not like “extra things” printed on the cards, because it can interfere with the intuitive and empathic message that I get, however these work because the information is on the back of the cards.

I highly recommend this deck to anyone who is need of some uplifting, or that might need some inspiration. This deck will work well for help creating affirmations and meditations. This deck can be used right out of the box by readers of all levels.

This will most likely become one of my best-loved decks.
